Any Gong plan*
Gong's AI-powered answering feature allows you to use natural language to ask questions about deals, accounts and contacts. It then searches through emails and calls to provide comprehensive, data-backed information based on your query. Ask anything helps you boost deal win rates, by implementing more informed engagement strategies in these ways:
Reducing the amount of time it takes to prepare for meetings or create a deck, by surfacing critical information instantly.
Providing targeted context-driven answers by focusing information from multiple sources.
Improving knowledge transfer between team members and across the organization.
What interactions answers are based on
When you ask a question about deals or accounts, Gong's AI analyzes your customer interactions of up to 80 recent emails and 10 recent calls, not including unrecorded meetings and automatic replies.
For questions about contacts, answers are based on conversations with the contact, drawing on up to 80 recent emails and 10 recent calls.
How to write questions to get accurate answers
The clearer the question is, the higher the accuracy of the answers. Here are some tips to help you get started:
Make sure you are asking a question. For example instead of writing:
Summarize the business pain points brought up by Acme.
Try: What were the business pain points brought up by Acme?
Write specific instructions. For example instead of writing:
What was their main problem?
Try: What’s their biggest pain point from a business perspective?
Ask questions about past conversations. We search call transcripts and emails for answers to your questions using up to 10 calls and 80 emails.
Phrase your question as though you're speaking to a person. Using natural language helps AI to better understand your question. For example try using:
What’s stopping Acme from moving ahead with the deal?
Ask one question at a time. There’s no limit to how many questions you can ask, and this way you’ll get the most accurate answers.
Here are some examples which you can customize for your deals or accounts:
What did the customer say about the price of our offer?
What were Acme’s main objections?
Was specific pricing discussed?
What does Acme prefer about our product over other products?
What did Acme say about competitors?
