Any Gong plan*

Admin center > Settings > CRM > CRM settings

Choose which data should be imported to Gong. Some fields are mandatory as some Gong features require these fields.

Select the fields to import:

  1. In the MS Dynamics settings page, select the Import fields tab.  Select the fields to import for each CRM object. The list of fields displayed are the fields defined in the CRM.

    1. Select the fields you want to import to Gong, or deselect fields that shouldn’t be imported. Fields marked with a lock icon are mandatory and can’t be deselected.

      Note:

      Deselecting fields deletes the field data in Gong and the field is no longer imported.

    2. Mark Create placeholder next to any CRM field you want to use as a field placeholder to personalize activities such as Engage emails. For more details, see Create and use email templates.

    3. Select Track changes If you want to retain the values of the data at the time the conversation occurred.

    4. Select View selected only if you only want to see the imported fields.

    5. Click Save to save your settings.

  2. Click Update to save your changes.

Export status report

You can see which activities were successfully exported, which failed, and which aren’t set to be exported by generating the CRM export status report.
