Who's this for? Reps with open opportunities
If you have open opportunities, meaning you're tagged as opportunity owner in your CRM, the Pipeline page is your place for qualifying those opportunities and understanding how to move them forward. From here you can click a deal name to see the full deal page with an overview, activity history, contacts and more, and update your CRM.
If you aren't seeing the Pipeline page and you think you should be, or if the Pipeline page is missing open deals you own, talk to your admin.
See digital interactions
Click the lightning bolt at the top right of the Pipeline page to see a combined list of all the digital interactions that occurred across your deals over the last 14 days, helping you gauge signs of interest and find the right moment for a follow-up. Digital interactions are any interactions your contacts or leads had with calls, emails, 3rd party apps and more.
Gong automatically shows you any time someone viewed an email, viewed a shared call, or clicked on a link in an email sent from the Gong email composer. In addition, there are tons of 3rd parties you can ask your admin to connect to. Connecting with these 3rd parties gives you more insight into contact and lead activity, from taking a survey to viewing a contract.
