Meetings are shown as ON AIR in the homepage at the time of the meeting.
When a call is on air, you can join the meeting or listen in or stop the recording via the homepage.
This article explains when the label shows.
ON AIR shows from the time the Gong recorder joins the meeting, which can vary depending on the web conferencing provider, but is at least one minute before the scheduled start time.
ON AIR stops showing when the meeting ends in the web conferencing software.
ON AIR typically shows from about 15 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to start, or, if the meeting is started before the scheduled time, when the meeting starts.
If you have back to back meetings, AND are using your personal room link, ON AIR shows at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
ON AIR stops showing at the scheduled end time if the meeting has ended in Zoom. If the meeting continues, ON AIR will continue to be shown until the meeting ends, up to a maximum of 6 hours after the scheduled end time.
