Important:
Microsoft Teams has an optional setting that requires anonymous participants to complete a CAPTCHA test before joining a call. Gong records Microsoft Teams calls using a bot that joins as an anonymous participant. If this setting is enabled, the Gong bot will be unable to join calls—meaning those calls will not be recorded. To ensure that Gong is able to record Teams calls make sure this setting is disabled.
