Using Zoom's recording disclaimer

If you have set up native Zoom recording, Zoom's recording disclaimer is played in addition to using the personalized consent page. The audio prompt settings in the consent profile aren’t used, while the other settings in the consent profile are used.

Zoom offers settings you can customize such as:

• Customize the recording confirmation

• Select who to play the voice prompt for (all, none, or guests only)

• Host confirmation

• Handy consent buttons and multiple notifications for people dialing in over the phone
