Check a tracker's activation date
The activation date shows when a tracker began analyzing conversations. You can find it in two places:

Where AI trackers by Gong appear
Once activated, AI trackers by Gong work across Gong wherever AI tracker results are shown. Two features make specific use of them:
Playbooks
Each playbook element links to a supporting AI tracker by Gong. When a playbook is published, its linked trackers activate automatically and feed results into AI Deal Reviewer, which uses those results to suggest methodology element statuses across recorded deal conversations. You can remove or replace any included tracker within the playbook. Playbook trackers analyze both calls and emails by default.
Theme Spotter
Several AI trackers by Gong support AI Theme Spotter. When creating a theme analysis, preset business questions based on these trackers are available to select. Topics covered include: pricing reactions, customer concerns, customer objections, strategic business goals, customer pain, and decision criteria. If preset questions are not visible, confirm that the relevant trackers are published in AI Tracker settings.
Frequently asked questions
