Who can use this: Any team member
Available on: Gong Foundation
Required permissions: Manage AI Trackers
AI Tracker settings shows all your company's trackers in a single table: AI custom trackers, keyword trackers, and AI trackers by Gong. Search by name, filter by tracker type, adjust which columns are visible, and download reports to review usage across your workspace.
Search for a tracker
Use the search box when you know the name of the tracker you're looking for and your list is too long to scroll through.
To search for a tracker:
From the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In Agent Studio, hover over AI Tracker and click Settings.
In the Search trackers field at the top of the table, type the tracker name. The table filters as you type.
Filter the tracker list
Use the tabs when you want to focus on a specific type of tracker, for example, to review all AI trackers by Gong or check the status of your custom ones.
To filter the tracker list:
From the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In Agent Studio, hover over AI Tracker and click Settings.
Click a tab at the top of the table:
All: Shows every tracker in your workspace.
Custom: Shows AI trackers your company created.
By Gong: Shows pre-built AI trackers by Gong.
Keyword: Shows keyword trackers.
External: Shows partner trackers that have been shared with your workspace. This tab appears only if your company has partner trackers.
Customize the table view
Select columns to focus on the information most relevant to your review. The Status and Data since columns are particularly useful: Status shows whether a tracker is active, paused, or scheduled; Data since shows the date it started analyzing conversations.
To customize table columns:
From the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In Agent Studio, hover over AI Tracker and click Settings.
Click Manage columns and select the columns you want to show or hide: Question, Description, Examples (shows the example material configured for the tracker; hidden by default), Keywords (shows the tracker's keyword list, mainly useful for keyword trackers; hidden by default), Type, Status, Filters, Last modified, and Data since.
Tracker status values
Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
Scheduled | The tracker has a future start date and has not yet begun analyzing conversations. |
Published | The tracker is active and currently analyzing new conversations. If you publish with a backfill, the tracker keeps processing past calls while it stays Published. |
Paused | The tracker is not analyzing new conversations. An icon shows why: a pause icon means it was paused manually, a credit icon means credits ran out, and an end-date icon means it reached its end date. You can resume it. |
Unpublished | The tracker was deactivated. It is no longer analyzing conversations but its configuration is preserved. |
Draft | The tracker was saved but not yet published. It is not analyzing any conversations. |
Download tracker reports
Use the download options to export data about your trackers. All options are available from the More actions icon at the top right of the tracker table.
To download a tracker report:
From the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In Agent Studio, hover over AI Tracker and click Settings.
Click the More actions
icon at the top right of the table.
Select the report you want:
Download AI trackers data report: Exports configuration and detection data for your custom AI trackers.
Download keyword trackers data report: Exports configuration and detection data for your keyword trackers.
Download AI trackers usage report: Shows how each AI tracker is being used across your workspace — which views it appears in and its detection activity. Use this to identify unused or redundant trackers.
Frequently asked questions
What does the Data since column show?
Data since shows the date a tracker began analyzing conversations. For AI trackers by Gong, this is the date you activated them. For custom trackers, this reflects the backfill window you chose at publish. Trackers without a fixed start date show when they were first published.
Why is my tracker Paused?
Paused trackers stop analyzing new conversations. An icon shows why: a pause icon means it was paused manually, a credit icon means credits ran out, and an end-date icon means it reached its end date. Historical results are preserved, and you can resume the tracker.
