How AI Ask Anything gathers insights

AI Ask Anything analyzes recent calls and emails to answer questions about:

  • Deals and accounts. Looks at up to 60 calls and 500 emails from the selected time period.

  • Contacts. Uses up to 10 recent calls and 80 recent emails with that contact.

  • Calls. Answers questions about specific calls to quickly surface what was discussed.

Calls with a No Answer status, such as no voicemail, left voicemail, busy are filtered out.
