Find solutions when accounts are missing from an Account board, you can't open Account boards, or a CRM field edit doesn't save.
Accounts are missing from my board
If an account you expect is not on your board, one of a few settings is usually the cause.
Check each of the following:
Recent activity: Confirm the account has recent recorded activity (a call, email, or meeting).
Filters: Clear the date range and any tab or ad hoc filters. Filters apply across all tabs.
Team member selection: Click the selector next to your name, and confirm the right team members are selected.
Account visibility: Account boards don't support account-level permissions. Anyone with access to Account boards sees all accounts on the board. To restrict access, use page-level permissions in the permission profile.
Recent CRM changes: After a CRM account owner change, allow about 15 minutes. A management hierarchy change can take up to two hours.
Account count: A board shows only accounts that match the selected team members, date range, and filters, and that have recent recorded activity. Allow the timing above after CRM changes before you compare counts with your CRM.
If accounts are still missing, send your admin:
The board URL
The account's CRM ID
Your team member ID and email
A screenshot of the account in your CRM
I can't access Account boards
If you see "Account boards restricted. You need permissions to view account boards.", your permission profile doesn't include Account boards. Contact your admin. An admin can enable Account Boards under Pages in the permission profile.
A CRM field shows the wrong value after I edited it
The CRM may have rejected your edit, for example because of a validation rule or a field permission. Contact your admin first.
Check each of the following:
Permission: Confirm you have the Update CRM fields in Gong permission.
CRM login: If you see "Failed to login to CRM", log in to your CRM again.
Read-only fields: Multi-select picklist and reference fields are read-only.
HubSpot: Your own HubSpot field permissions apply.
Dynamics 365: Some fields have editing restrictions.
