As TalkDesk stores calls behind an OAuth wall for security, the integration requires that:
TalkDesk call recordings be pushed to Salesforce as tasks by following the steps in Logging Calls with the Salesforce CTI.
You sign in with a TalkDesk admin via Gong

Note:
You must be a Salesforce admin to perform these steps.
Add the Call Duration field to tasks:
In Salesforce, go to your Setup page.
Under Build, search for and click Task Page Layouts.
Under Action, click Edit.
Locate the Call Duration field, and drag it to the Additional Information section on the layout.
Click Save.
After you start recording calls in Talkdesk, your Salesforce tasks should look similar to this:

Click Company settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.
Click Add Telephony System and select Talkdesk.
Enter the User Name and Password to use to approve the integration. This should be a Talkdesk admin account.
The TalkDesk admin account must be able to access the Outreach Portal in TalkDesk, and all relevant recordings.
In the URL field, enter your Talkdesk URL.
Click Connect.
