Share a flow or folder you own with specific team members so they can run the same outreach. Flows in Company Flows are already available to everyone in your company, so sharing applies to the flows and folders in Your flows.
Note:
Sharing flows depends on your permission profile. If you need to share flows and cannot, talk to your admin.

From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Flows.
Click Your flows.
Hover over the flow or folder, click the More actions icon, and select Share.
Do one of the following:
To give access: Select a team member or an entire team.
To stop sharing: Remove the team members you selected previously.
Note:
Once contacts or leads have been added to the flow, you cannot stop sharing it.
Team members you share with see the flow in their flow library.
View or archive flows shared with you

Note:
You cannot edit content shared with you unless you duplicate it and save it as your own.

From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Flows.
Click Shared with you.
(Optional) Hover over the flow you no longer want in your library, click the More actions icon, and select Archive.
