Manage smart trackers

Use the smart trackers settings page to review, filter, and manage all trackers in your workspace. From here, you can customize the trackers table, download usage reports, edit trackers, and unpublish or delete trackers as needed.

View and customize the trackers table

The trackers table gives you a clear view of all trackers in your workspace, making it easy to review details, filter by type, and customize the information you see.

To view and customize the trackers table:

  1. Go to Admin center > Agent Studio.

  2. Hover over AI Tracker and click Settings.

  3. Use the tabs to filter trackers by type:

    • All: Displays all trackers

    • Custom: Trackers created by your company

    • By Gong: Pre-trained smart trackers created By Gong

    • Keyword: Trackers that use keyword detection

  4. Customize the table columns to focus on the tracker details that matter most to you while reviewing or managing trackers. Click Manage columns to select from:

    • Question

    • Description

    • Examples

    • Keywords

    • Type

    • Status

    • Filters

    • Last modified

    • Data since

  1. See how smart trackers are being used by your team by downloading the smart tracker usage report. To download the report, click the More actions iconAction Menu.svg and select Download smart tracker usage report.

Republish a paused smart tracker

When your company's credit balance reaches zero, published question-based smart trackers are automatically paused. After additional credits are purchased, paused trackers must be republished before they resume analyzing conversations.

To republish a smart tracker:

  1. Go to Admin center > Agent Studio.

  2. Hover over AI Tracker and click Settings.

  3. Locate the tracker you want to republish. Trackers paused due to insufficient credits are marked with the status Paused.

  4. Click the More actions icon Action Menu.svg and select Republish.Status of a question-based task is paused, with options to republish or edit.

  5. Choose how far back to apply the tracker. To analyze conversations missed while the tracker was paused, select the date the tracker was paused.

  6. Review the estimated credit consumption and click Republish.

Edit a smart tracker

Edit a smart tracker to update its question, filters, examples, or other settings.

To edit a smart tracker:

  1. Go to Admin center > Agent Studio.

  2. Hover over AI Tracker and click Settings.

  3. Find the tracker, click Action Menu.svg followed by Edit, make changes, and preview if needed.

  4. Click Publish changes to apply changes.

Unpublish or delete a question-based smart tracker

Unpublish a tracker to stop it from analyzing new conversations, or delete it permanently if it is no longer needed.

To unpublish or delete a question-based smart tracker:

  1. Go to Admin center > Agent Studio.

  2. Hover over AI Tracker and click Settings.

  3. Find the tracker and click Action Menu.svg then choose:

    1. Unpublish: Confirm to Unpublish. Past results are saved and available if republished.

    2. Delete: Confirm to permanently delete. This action can’t be undone.

Note:

If the tracker is used in a stream, playbook, or elsewhere, you’ll need to remove it from there before you can unpublish or delete it.
