Once you've created an agent, you can refine its instructions, duplicate it as a starting point for a new one, or delete it when it's no longer needed. Agents are managed in Assets > Agents.
The Agents page
The Agents page lists all agents available to you, including agents created by your company and agents you have created personally.
The table includes the following details:
Column | Description |

Status | Whether the agent is enabled or disabled. Applies to automated agents only. |
Trigger | The event that starts the agent. Applies to automated agents only. |
Agent type | On-demand or automated |
Access | Company (visible to all team members) or Personal (visible only to you) |

Last modified | When the agent was last updated |
Search for an agent
Use the search bar or filters to find an agent on the Agents page.
To search for an agent: In the search bar, enter the agent's name.
Filter agents
To filter agents:
Click Show filters.
Select a filter and choose a value.
Tip: You can also open Gong Assistant directly from the Agents page. Click Assistant at the top of the page.
Edit an agent
Update an agent to refine its instructions or change its details.
To edit an agent:
From the left sidebar, click Assets > Agents.
Select the agent you want to edit.
Update the agent name, description, instructions, or all three.
Click Save.
Duplicate an on-demand agent
Duplicate an on-demand agent to use it as a starting point for a new agent with similar instructions.
To duplicate an agent:
From the left sidebar, click Assets > Agents.
Click the more actions icon for the agent you want to duplicate and select Duplicate.
The duplicate agent details are opened for you to edit and save.
Delete an agent
Delete an agent when it is no longer needed.
To delete an agent:
From the left sidebar, click Assets > Agents.
Click the more actions icon for the agent you want to delete and select Delete.
The agent is removed from the agent library.
