Create a rule to set calls as private

Company settings > Automations

Create a rule to set calls as private. When the rule is triggered, Gong will automatically set new calls that match the rule’s filter as private. The rule isn’t applied to existing calls.

Once a call is set as private, the call host can make it public. Learn more about private calls in Gong

  1. Go to Company settings > Ecosystem > Automation rules.

  2. Click + Add rule to open the New rule page.

  3. Click image11.png to open a dialog where you choose filters that determine which types of call will trigger this rule. Click save.  

  4. In the Action field, select Set call as private.

  5. In the Rule name and description area, enter the rule name and add a description.

  6. In the Rule status area, change the status to Enabled.

  7. Click SAVE.

*The features available to you depend on your company’s plan and your assigned seats.
