Troubleshooting: Where's my email?
To troubleshoot email issues on the Deals page, find the message ID for Gmail or MIME message for O365. For Gmail, copy the Message ID from the email and send it to the Gong admin. For O365, copy the entire MIME message text from the email and send it to the Gong admin for diagnostics.
