The feature allows visibility into all deals team members are working on, not just deal owners. It is set up with opportunity teams in the CRM. In deal and forecast boards, all deals involving team members are shown and rolled up. The feature requires the standard Salesforce object 'Opportunity Team' and access to related objects. Custom objects for opportunity teams are supported. Users do not need to select specific roles to show deals. If multiple team members work on a deal, it is shown once with relevant attribution. Opportunity teams are not supported in forecast analytics.

What to expect:
In deal and forecast boards, we show & roll up any deals where a team member is part of the opportunity team.
A column is added to the deal board that lists the relevant opportunity team members.
* If forecasting with Gong.
Limitations
This feature requires the standard Salesforce object ‘Opportunity Team’.
The Salesforce integration user must have access to any objects you use with opportunity objects, such as opportunity teams, splits, and products.
At present, we only support Salesforce CRM.
FAQs
What if I use custom objects for opportunity teams?
That’s perfectly fine. Reach out to your CSM and they’ll work with you to set it up.
Does it matter which role the user has on the opportunity team? Do we need to choose which roles to show?
No, you don't need to select the relevant opportunity team roles. We'll show all deals where someone is on the Opportunity team regardless of their role.
What is shown if two team members work on a deal? Do you count the deal amount twice?
Per person, we show the deal with the relevant attribution.
When looking at a team where 2 people worked on the same deal, we show the deal once.
Example:
Rep A and Rep B both worked on the Acme Industries deal.
When Rep A or B look at their deals, they see the deal and the deal value is included in the rollup.
When Rep A and Rep B's manager looks at the team deals, they see the deal once, with both Rep A and Rep B in the opportunity team column. The deal value is included once in the rollup.
Why can't I see opportunity teams in my forecast analytics?
We don't support opportunity teams in forecast analytics at this time.
