Set up Okta SAML SSO authentication

Article summary

This guide describes how to set up Okta SAML SSO authentication. Note that we recommend Okta OpenID Connect as the preferred authentication protocol for Gong because it is both more user-friendly, and more secure than other authentication methods. Go here to learn how to set up Okta OpenID Connect.

Step 1: Set up Gong in Okta

  9. On the Okta admin page click NEXT.

  10. In Okta, assign the users and/or groups you want to allow to use Gong.
