Publish, share, and give access

Note:

Until published, dashboards are in draft mode and are only accessible to you and other team members with revenue analytics admin permissions.

To publish, share, and give access to the dashboard:

  1. Click Publish and share.

  2. Under Invite, select the people you want to share the dashboard with.

  3. Choose whether to Notify people or not, and then, optionally, include your own message in the notification.

    Note:

Invited people would only see the dashboard if they have an active Forecast seat and permission to view dashboards. If they don’t have these and are invited, they’ll be notified but won’t be able to view the dashboard.

  4. Set the dashboard’s access: You can either give access only to invited people or to the entire company.

  5. Click Share. People you invited will be notified and see the dashboard under Shared with you. Others will see it under Company dashboards.

  6. Published dashboards appear on the left navigation under Restricted or Public, depending on the access you provided.

  7. To unpublish a dashboard, click and then Switch to draft.
