Export Engage data

If you have a seat for Gong Engage, you can export two types of Engage data to HubSpot.

Engage tasks

Engage tasks, LinkedIn messages and connection requests are exported to HubSpot once the to-do is marked as completed in Gong. These activities are not imported into Gong from external sources.

Note:

To-dos that are open aren’t exported to HubSpot.

To export Engage to-dos:

  1. Scroll down to Engage to-do type and select whether to export:

    • Engage tasks

    • LinkedIn messages and connection requests

  2. Select whether you want to create a single task in HubSpot for each Engage to-do, or multiple tasks for multiple Engage to-dos.

Engage flow data

You can export data regarding which contacts have been added to a flow and what step in the flow they are currently in. This allows you to see which contacts are part of an Engage flow and which are not.

You can view flow data in HubSpot by adding specific fields to the contact layout. These fields contain information such as the status of the flow and the flow name. For more details, see Setting up HubSpot custom fields.

To enable export of Engage flow data, go to your CRM settings page in Company settings > CRM > HubSpot, scroll down to the Engage flow data section, and select Export flow fields.
