Set visibility before publishing to define who can see scorecard results on the call page. Options range from full company access to the scorer alone.
Set the visibility option
You set visibility in the Settings panel, and it applies to all results submitted for this scorecard.
To set visibility:
From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Scorecards.
Select an existing scorecard, or click + New scorecard to create one.
In the left panel, click Settings.
Scroll to Visibility on call page and select one of the following options:
Everyone at [company name]: Visible to all team members who can access the call. Results appear as Public on the call page. This is the default.
Team member scored and their managers: Visible to the scored team member and anyone in their management hierarchy above them. Results appear as Restricted to other viewers.
Manager: Visible to the scored team member's manager and anyone above them in the hierarchy. Results appear as Restricted to other viewers.
Scorer: Visible only to the person who submitted the result. For automatic review, Gong AI is the scorer, so the result isn’t visible to other viewers on the call page.
Note:
Team members who can view a restricted result see the full scorecard, including the overall score, with a Restricted badge. Team members without permission don’t see the result on the call page.
Enable notifications
Notifications alert the scored team member when a scorecard is submitted, but only reach people who have permission to see the result based on the visibility setting.
To enable notifications:
From the left sidebar, click Assets, and select Scorecards.
Select an existing scorecard, or click + New scorecard to create one.
In the left panel, click Settings.
Scroll to Notifications.
Select the Send notifications to people who are scored checkbox.
Frequently asked questions
Can a scorer change the visibility when submitting a manual scorecard?
Yes. When manually scoring a call, the scorer can choose a different visibility for that individual call. This overrides the scorecard's default visibility for that call. Results generated automatically by Gong AI use the scorecard's visibility setting, and that visibility can't be changed at submission time.
Why isn't a scored team member receiving a notification?
Check the notification setting and choose a visibility option that includes the scored team member.
