Associate a call that has not yet been associated to the correct account or opportunity (for example, imported calls)

Associate a call that has been incorrectly associated (for example, because the contact has different emails, just has a phone number, or the same account has parallel opportunities)
Correct association means the call will be included in the account activity, and you'll be able to see it in the Deals and Account pages.
Note
You cannot associate calls to leads.

On the call page, click
> Associate call to account or opportunity.

In the dialog that opens, click + Associate call to account or opportunity.
The ACCOUNT and OPPORTUNITY boxes appear.

In the ACCOUNT box, start typing the name of the account you want to associate the call to, and select the account from the list.

If you want to associate the call with a specific opportunity, start typing the opportunity name in the OPPORTUNITY box, and select the opportunity from the list.

To select more accounts to associate the call to, repeat steps 2 and 3. Note that you cannot associate a call to more than 1 account opportunity, nor can you associate call participants.

To change the association of the call, click
on the line of the account / opportunity that you want to remove association for.

Click NEXT, and then click APPLY to confirm your association.
The association is made, and may take up to an hour to show up in Gong.
