This article lists the time it takes to sync data between Gong and supported CRM integrations. These times are relevant for Salesforce, HubSpot, and MS Dynamics unless noted otherwise.
The time durations are based on calculations for 99% of transactions. There may be a small number of cases where the sync time takes longer. See Factors that can affect the sync time.
Importing CRM data
When changes are made in the CRM, the time it takes to see the data in Gong are as follows:
New CRM record: up to 6 minutes
Update to an existing record: up to 6 minutes
Update to deal boards (for example, with a new opportunity): up to 6 minutes
Record marked as deleted: up to 6 minutes
Import of new fields: up to 2 hours

Exporting Gong data
Data can be exported to Salesforce, HubSpot, and MS Dynamics.
When changes are made in Gong, the time it takes to see the data in the CRM are as follows:
Web conference calls: up to 15 minutes from the time the call is ready in Gong
Telephony calls:
Gong Connect / Gong Dialer calls: when the call ends
Other telephony systems: it can take up to 4 hours to import the call from the telephony system, and then up to 15 minutes to export the call to the CRM.
Emails:
Composed via Engage: Up to 10 minutes
Sent or received via external mailbox: up to 15 minutes
Engage activities:
Flow data, Tasks & LinkedIn activities: up to 2 minutes
Inline editing in deal board: immediately
Factors that can affect the sync time
If you have a large volume of concurrent CRM updates (for Salesforce: >100 thousands. For HubSpot: > 10 thousands) the sync time may be up to 2 hours.
Changes that are related to the configuration of the integration, such as adding fields that are imported, may take between 2-24 hours to be available in Gong.
Initial import or export may take up to 24 hours.
If your CRM is integrated with other systems apart from Gong, the data synchronization time may be affected when there is a high volume of updates.
