Note: This feature is in a restricted beta phase and accessible to a selected group of customers.

AI Briefs are structured summaries relating to a specific account, deal, or call. Based on the content of relevant conversations, they help your team save time, stay aligned, and improve performance by automatically summarizing the information that matters most for a specific use case, for example, handoffs, meeting prep or follow-up.

Account and deal briefs

Account and deal briefs give your team structured, AI-generated summaries of an account or deal, based on data from conversations over a specified period, and focusing on predefined topics such as customer goals, pain points, growth opportunities, and more.

Choose from Gong’s prebuilt brief types, built for specific scenarios like handoffs or executive reviews, or create one to meet your team’s needs. Each brief type outlines the topics that will be included in the brief and Gong AI fills in the relevant content.
