    What is a rule in Gong?

    • Zapier: Most of the call data is exported, including company name, participant list, media type, user ID, opportunity name, opportunity stage, account name, relevant snippet when applicable, call URL, opportunity amount, scope, and topics.

    When does Gong trigger an automation rule?

    As soon as a call that fits the criteria finishes processing, it triggers the rule and the data is sent out of Gong.

    Will a rule still work if the person who created it can no longer access Gong?

    Yes. Once a rule is created it is no longer dependent on its creator.
