In the Gong for Dynamics page, you can check whether you have the most up to date version of Gong for Dynamics and configure what should be exported via Gong for Dynamics.
Update to the latest version
Check which version of Gong for Dynamics is installed, and upgrade as needed.
To reinstall Gong for Dynamics:
From the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In the Settings tab, click CRM settings under CRM.
Select the Gong for Dynamics tab.
Check the version that is installed. Click Upgrade if a new version is available, and follow the steps to install the new version.
Export calls as Gong Conversations
Gong creates a Gong Conversation object in Dynamics which displays all information about a call.
To export calls as Gong Conversations:
From the left sidebar, click Admin center.
In the Settings tab, click CRM settings under CRM.
Select the Gong for Dynamics tab.
Under Export calls as a Gong Conversation, select Export calls to Dynamics as Gong Conversation records.
