Export the deal board data to a CSV file for further analysis. The file includes warnings, activity counts, CRM fields, and more, according to your current view of the deal board.

How to export the data

Deals > Pipeline

Go to the deal board you want, and set or remove any filters that you want.

Click > Download board as CSV.

Note:

  • The CSV includes only the first 500 deals on the board.

  • It contains many columns, including 60+ for activity timeline (emails, calls), several for up to 10 past managers, and all CRM fields.

  • Playbooks can’t be exported.

  • Opportunity team object data can be imported into Gong but not exported to the CSV.

*The features available to you depend on your company’s plan and your assigned seats.
