Using deal and account briefs

Where to find them

Account and deal briefs are available from:

  • Account page

  • Deal board

  • Engage Account page

  • Homepage (coming soon)

On the account page

  1. Open the account page and click Account AI in the top right corner.

  1. In the panel that opens, select a brief and click Get briefed.

  2. To customize the date range or choose a different deal in this account, click Change.

From the deal board

  1. From a deal board, click on any deal to open a panel on the right. Click the Deal AI tab if it’s not already open.

  1. Select a brief and click Get briefed.

  2. To customize the date range or choose a different deal in this account, click Change.

On the Engage Accounts page

  1. Open the Engage Account page, choose an account, and click Account AI in the top right corner.

  2. To customize the date range or choose a different deal in this account, click Change.

Considerations

Date range limitations
Choose from preset or custom date ranges up to 1 year. In the results, we cover up to 60 calls and 500 emails. If the period selected includes more than this number of calls or emails, not all conversations will be included in the results.
