Natterbox

To set up the Natterbox integration:

  1. Contact Natterbox and ask them for a username and password to use to set up the integration.

  2. Go to Company settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.

  3. Click + Add telephony system.

  4. Select Natterbox.

  5. Enter the Natterbox username and password you are using for the integration.

  6. Click CONNECT.

Note:

Ask Natterbox to enable stereo recording. Gong is able to better identify the speaker on calls recorded in stereo.
