To set up the Natterbox integration:
Contact Natterbox and ask them for a username and password to use to set up the integration.
Go to Company settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.
Click + Add telephony system.
Select Natterbox.
Enter the Natterbox username and password you are using for the integration.
Click CONNECT.
Note:
Ask Natterbox to enable stereo recording. Gong is able to better identify the speaker on calls recorded in stereo.
