    To set up the Natterbox integration:

    1. Go to Company settings > Data capture > Telephony systems.

    2. Click + Add telephony system.

    3. Select Natterbox.

    4. Enter the Natterbox username and password you are using for the integration.

    5. Click CONNECT.

    Note:

    Ask Natterbox to enable stereo recording. Gong is able to better identify the speaker on calls recorded in stereo.
