Any Gong plan*
The Gong add-on lets your team add meeting links which first display the consent page before starting or opening the meeting. Reps can only generate dynamic meeting links which first display the consent page if this app is installed. It can also be used to add static links to a meeting. There are separate add-ons for Google Workspace and Outlook which can be installed domain wide for all users. If you want to install the add-on for individual users, each team member should install it individually.
Install the Gong for Google Workspace add-on
As a Google Workspace admin, in the Google Workspace marketplace, go to the Gong for Google Workspace add-on.
Select DOMAIN INSTALL.
Note:
We recommend installing the add-on domain-wide. However, the individual install option is available if you only want to install it for a small number of users.
The add-on is installed in your domain, and makes the Gong Meeting option available for all Google Workspace users in your organization.
Users across the domain can generate meeting links which first display the consent page:
In Google Calendar, in the meeting event’s Add video conferencing, select Gong Meeting.
This creates a meeting link for the web conference provider defined in the team member’s consent profile. The link first opens the consent page before starting/joining the meeting.
Install the Gong for Outlook add-in
There are two Gong for Outlook add-ins and both support creating dynamic meeting links. If you want additional Engage functionality in Outlook, install the Gong Anywhere Outlook add-in.
This add-in supports Outlook 2013 or later on Windows, Outlook 2016 or later on Mac, and Outlook on the web.
Follow Microsoft's instructions in Deploy add-ins in the Microsoft 365 admin center to install an add-in via centralized deployment.
On the Centralized Deployment page, choose I want to add an Add-In from the Office Store., and locate the Gong for Outlook add-in in the store.
Users across the domain can generate meeting links which first display the consent page.
In Outlook, click the Gong for Outlook button in the actions bar, and then click Add a Gong meeting.
