    Edit a consent profile

    You can edit a profile at any time.

    1. If changing any consent page settings, first read this article about Changing the consent page settings to make sure you understand how the changes affect how calls should be scheduled and can mitigate any issues.

    2. In the Recording consent settings page, click the name of the profile you want to edit.

    3. Make the changes you want, and click UPDATE.

      If you make changes to an assigned profile, the changes take effect immediately.

    Tip:

    If your changes affect how consent is captured, make sure you update your team on how the changes affect how they schedule calls.
