The content outlines the process for tech administrators to customize consent settings for recording profiles. Administrators can modify the consent page, pre-call email, and audio prompt settings for each profile. It is important to review any changes made to the consent page settings after a profile has been assigned. To create a new consent profile, users should click "Add profile," then enter a name and description. If using the Gong consent page, the page must be enforced by toggling it ON. Administrators can enable the pre-call email and audio prompt by clicking "Enable" and setting them up according to their needs. To designate a profile as the default, users can select "Set as default" next to the desired profile name on the Recording consent page. This customization ensures compliance and tailored communication for each recording session.
