Add a consent profile

Customize the consent page, pre-call email, and audio prompt settings for each profile .

Note:

Be sure to read this article if you make any changes to a consent page settings in a consent profile after it has been assigned.

1. In the Recording consent settings page, click Add profile.

2. Enter a name and description for the profile.

3. If using the Gong consent page:

   • To enforce the page, toggle to ON.

   • Set up the consent page according to your needs—go here to learn how.

4. To use the pre-call email:

   • To enable the pre-call email, click Enable.

   • Set up the pre-call email according to your needs—go here to learn how.

5. To use the audio prompt:

   • To enable the audio-prompt, click Enable.

   • Set up the pre-call email according to your needs—go here to learn how.

6. Click ADD PROFILE.

7. To set as the default profile, in the Recording consent page, next to the name of the profile you want to set as profile go > Set as default.
