The Activity Association report in Company settings shows how Gong activities are linked to CRM objects. It helps ensure correct associations and identifies activities linked to multiple entities. Users can adjust settings for accuracy. To generate the report, specify activity types, timeframe, and limit the number of activities. Click "Email report" to receive the results.
Where to go: Click Company settings > Reports > Activity Association
The activity association report shows which Gong activities are associated with which CRM objects. Use the report to determine whether your activities are being correctly associated with your CRM entities. In addition, if you prefer activities to be associated with one CRM entity, you will be able to see when they are associated with multiple entities. You can then adjust your association settings to get more accurate results. For more details, see Associate your CRM entities with Gong activities.
To generate the activity association report:
In the Activity association report dialog box fill in the filters to narrow down the report to include only the activities you want the report to cover as follows:
Activity type: the activities you want the report to cover.
Timeframe: the timeframe you want the report to cover.
Maximum number of activities: limit the number of activities that are included in the report.
Click Email report.

CRM Opportunity Ids | The Ids of the opportunity in the CRM associated with the activity |
CRM Opportunity Names | The names of the opportunities in the CRM |
CRM Contact Ids | The Ids of the contacts in the CRM associated with the activity |
CRM Contact Names | The names of the contacts in the CRM associated with the activity |
