Gong Foundation*
Once your company admin has set up 3rd party deal association, the deal board will show which deals are managed by a 3rd party account.
If a deal is managed by a 3rd party account, the name of the 3rd party will appear on a tag next to the deal’s name, along with the following disclaimer: This deal includes <3rd party name>, a 3rd party account.

Deals > Pipeline > Selected deal board
The activity timeline on the deal board displays your activity, the prospect’s activity, and activity between people in your organization and 3rd party account.
Note:
This setting can be customized here:
When a 3rd party account is involved, three types of activities may occur:
Communication takes place between your company, a 3rd party account, and the prospect. Gong captures it and associates it with a specific deal.
Communication takes place between your company and the 3rd party account only. Gong captures it, associates it with the 3rd party’s account, but not with a specific deal. In this case the activity appears in your timeline with the following disclaimer: This activity takes place between the seller and a 3rd party and might be associated with this deal.
Communication takes place directly between the 3rd party account and the prospect. Gong can only import conversations that include at least one participant from your company, so these activities are not captured and the timeline may appear fragmented. In this case, warnings will appear with the following disclaimer: This deal is connected to a 3rd party, so some warnings may not apply.
