Set up Microsoft Exchange and Outlook to work with Gong (not on-premises solutions)
This article provides a guide on setting up call recording with Microsoft Exchange and Outlook for solutions not on premises. To automatically include Gong on outgoing invitations, create a rule in Outlook to CC Gong on all sent invitations. For incoming invitations, set up a rule to forward them to Gong. In Outlook, go to File, then Manage Rules & Alerts, and create new rules for messages sent and received. Specify meeting invitations, select the option to CC a specific address (company's handler), and finish the setup. Contact your CSM if unsure about the handler address. These rules enable call recording integration with Gong for Microsoft Exchange and Outlook.
