Where to go: Admin center > Settings > Data capture > Web conferencing

Set up the GoToMeeting integration for better host recognition on meetings using using static meeting links. Gong automatically adds the GoToMeeting personal meeting room link to the team member’s Gong profile.

To set up the integration:

  1. In the Web conferencing page, in the GoToMeeting row, click SETTINGS.

  2. If you are a GoToMeeting administrator, click Connect as an Admin.

    If you are not a GoToMeeting administrator, click Send instructions, and send an email with your request to your administrator. Note that the authentication link expires after 3 days.

  3. Follow the instructions and authorize Gong to access your GoToMeeting account.

  4. Click Update to save.
