For manual review, filters determine when the scorecard appears on a call. For automatic review, they determine which calls Gong AI scores. ## Add filters Add filters when a scorecard should apply only to certain calls, such as calls with a specific account or calls where a tracker fired, and edit them when that set of calls changes. **To add or edit filters:** 1. From the left sidebar, click **Assets**, and select **Scorecards**. 2. Select an existing scorecard, or click **+ New scorecard** to create one. 3. In the left panel, click **Settings**. 4. Under **Filters**, click **+ Add filter** to open the Filter editor. 5. In the Filter editor, set your conditions. Available filter fields include: - **Participants:** Filter by who was on the call. - **Hosted:** Calls where the team member was the meeting host. - **Attended:** The team member joined the call. - **Invited:** Calls where the team member received a calendar invitation, whether or not they joined. - **Account name:** Filter to calls associated with specific accounts. - **Words or phrases:** Filter to calls where specific words or phrases were spoken. - **Trackers:** Filter to calls where a specific Gong tracker fired. - **Call title or email subject:** Filter by words in the call or meeting title. 6. Click **Save**. The active filter conditions appear as a chip in the Filters section. Click **Edit filters** to change them or **Clear all** to remove them. 7. If the scorecard is published, click **Publish** again to make the updated filters live. ## Frequently asked questions ****My scorecard isn't appearing on calls I expect it to. Why?**** The call must match every filter condition for the scorecard to appear. Check that the call type, participants, and any other configured conditions all match. Also confirm the scorecard is published. Learn more about [troubleshooting scorecard building issues](/v1/docs/troubleshoot-scorecard-building-issues). ****If I change filters on a published automatic scorecard, do past calls get rescored?**** No. Changed filters apply to newly matching calls from the moment you republish. Existing results are not automatically updated. After republishing, click **More actions** in the top right corner of the screen and select **Apply to past calls** to apply the updated scorecard to recent historical calls.
