To learn more about the other places you can start, see [Where you can use Gong Assistant](/v1/docs/choose-a-starting-point-for-gong-assistant). ## Ask from Search Start from Search to ask about a specific set of filtered calls. To start fresh, click the **New chat** icon at the top right of the chat. ****Why did my answer include calls I did not expect?**** Gong Assistant uses the context that was active when you asked your question. To check what it used: - From Search, review your filters. - From the Gong Assistant page, review the calls, folders, or streams you added. ****Why is Gong Assistant not available on the Search page?**** Gong Assistant requires a Gong Foundation seat.
