The November 2022 release includes changes to the way you access various features in Gong.
This page explains the changes made to the app and where you now find features that have been moved. For your convenience, here is a summary of the changes.

Tip
You need to update any bookmarks you created for any of the pages that have been moved.
You now see your calls in the Conversations tab. The Conversations tab shows all calls in your org, providing all the functionality that was available in the Calls page. For more details, see Intro to the Conversations tab.
The conversations tab also includes three side pages; Search for filtering your calls, Your Library and the Company Library. See Library to learn more.
We removed the Library tab and split the Library folders into two pages in the new Conversations tab.

Your Library: Here's where you save your private conversations, set up your own private folders and see folders shared with you.

Company Library: Contains the company's public folders which are shared with everyone.

The Teams tab has been split into two: Coaching and Insights.
The Insights tab includes:

Permissions for Insights and Coaching
Users with permissions to the Team tab will automatically have permissions to both the Insights and Coaching tabs. You can change this in the Company Settings page.
