Save time while keeping your CRM up-to-date with the CRM Updater. Available in Assist Home, it enables you to choose which CRM fields you see, and update them directly in Gong. Currently available for Salesforce only.
You’ll see CRM fields that you can update in several places in Assist Home, including the following:
Individual deals: Drill down into any deal and you’ll see the CRM fields along the top. Click on for the double-arrow beside the fields to open the Add/Remove panel.
Via the CRM tab: Open any opportunity in Assist Home and you’ll see 4 tabs:. Click the CRM tab to show the CRM fields that you can update. Click Add/Remove fields to add or remove fields.
The default fields you’ll see when you click the CRM tab on Assist Home are those that tend to be the most frequently updated:
Customizing with the fields you use most often is simple. Simply click Add / Remove fields, and search for the fields that you want to see. Select the field and click Apply. These fields will be displayed for all the deals you see in Assist Home.
If you see fields that are disabled, it means you don't have permission to update or import them. Contact your tech admin and ask them to import the fields for you, or update your permission so can import CRM fields yourself.
