New assists, marked in blue, are assists that you haven’t seen yet.
-
Engagement events, marked with a blue lightning bolt and number, include everything from when prospects interacted with Gong calls or third-party apps, viewed emails that were sent via Gong, and more. For more about Engagement events, see this.

More assists
If you have recommended actions for activities that aren’t associated with any open deal, you’ll see them under the title More assists. So for example, if you’ve had a call with someone who isn’t associated with an open deal in your CRM yet, you’ll see a suggestion to follow up after the call.
On the left side of the page, you have quick access to all your open deals.
