Who's this for?
When you have the Zoom Pro plan, you must perform the steps described below before you connect Gong to Zoom.
This connection enables you to leverage native Zoom recording.

Sign into Zoom as the Account Administrator.

Check that your Zoom account is a Zoom Pro account: go to Account Profile > Account Type, or https://zoom.us/account.

Make sure that everyone who is set to be recorded in Gong are part of your Zoom account: go to User Management > Users.
Anyone set to be recorded who are not listed in this Zoom account (i.e. another account) will be recorded with the Gong bot and not natively using the Zoom recorder.

Make sure that the Cloud recording and Automatic recording settings are unlocked on the account level and for any group that contains users recorded by Gong:

Go to Account Management > Account Settings.

Navigate to the Recording tab.

Make sure that Cloud Recording is toggled to ON, and unlocked.

Make sure that Automatic Recording is toggled to OFF and unlocked.

Note
If you have Gong Pro plan, Gong cannot identify speakers with non-Latin characters in their name.
