How we record web conferences
We look for specific call URLs in meeting invitations for team members with calendar sync (or when using the firstname.lastname@example.org), and then schedule recording for those meetings.
In most cases, Gong joins the meeting automatically when the meeting starts, and begins recording.
Note: When using Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, the host or participants may be asked to allow the Gong bot to join the meeting. Make sure your team is aware that they should let the Gong bot into the meeting to ensure the calls are being recorded.
