You can move a library folder to a different location in the library. At the moment it is not possible to bulk-move folders. Contact your admin if you don't have permission to move folders.

Select Conversations to access the Library.

Hover over the folder you want to move and click

Click Move.

Select the destination and click MOVE.
Folder access to the destination folder is determined by who has access to its parent folder.
