You can copy a library folder to an additional location in the library. At the moment, it is not possible to bulk-copy items. Contact your admin if you don't have permission to copy folders.

Select Conversations to access the Library.

Hover over the folder you want to copy and click

Click Copy.

Select the destination location and click COPY.
Folder access to the destination folder is determined by who has access to its parent folder.
