Where to go: DEALS
The DEALS tab has 4 pages:

This section gives you an overview of what you can find in the Pipeline tab.
At the top of the page, select the deal board, team, and time period for deals you want to view.
Rollup tabs make it easy to further filter the deals shown in the board for the different rollups you need. For example, as a frontline manager, you may want to compare your reps' pipeline totals so that you can see who needs help achieving quota. Rollup tabs give you confidence to roll up forecasts with complete confidence in your reality.
The deal board has a few default rollup tabs:

OPEN DEALS (default)
-
CLOSED WON (default)
-
CLOSED LOST (default)
You can add more rollup tabs per board according to what forecast categories you use in your sales org (for example, commit, best case, most likely, and so on). Learn how.
Choose whether you want to show the board by TEAM MEMBERS or by DEAL.
When viewing the board by team members, you can see your team's forecast per rollup per team member.
Tip
Click cells in the board to drill into the deals behind the numbers.
When viewing the board by deals, you see a list of deals and info pulled from your CRM.
Tip
Click the account name to open the account page.
Deal activity is shown in a scrollable timeline.
Note
You can't adjust the amount of time shown in the deal board. To see a longer timeframe, click Review account to go to the account page.

Click the account name or activity timeline to get deal info in context over the deal board. In the deal panel that opens from the right, you'll see 3 weeks of activity on the deal, starting with anything coming up followed by the most recent activity. Load more activities to see further back.

Click into an interaction to get more details (including viewing email threads).
In the deal panel, click Open in CRM to jump to your CRM.
The Warnings column is pinned to the left of the board. Hover over to see details of the warnings on each deal. More info on warnings and general recommendations on setting them up.
Tip
Click a warning to see detailed alerts on the deal and suggestions for mitigating the risk.
