If you only want to listen to one side, click 
and select from the list the person you want to listen to. The recording is played and whenever someone else is speaking, the recording skips the segment.
At the left of each line, move the mouse cursor over the participant’s name to display a switch. Click to turn off or on that person’s recording.
You can also select more than one speaker.
