Who's it for?
See how managers in your org are coaching, side by side. Get the coaching stats per manager for coaching activities they did on their team members (not including reviews on people that aren't on their team). The data shows when the coaching activity took place (regardless of when the call happened).

Go to Coaching > Coaching Metrics.

Select a team: select the senior manager whose team you want to see.

Select the manager level: select whether you want to see all managers that roll up to the senior manager, only their direct reports, or only level 1 managers (i.e. the lowest level of managers).

Select the time period for the report.

Select the call type.

To download coaching metrics:

Click
> Download CSV.

Set whether to export the current view, or the current view and all the data backs up the values shown - go here for more information.

If you want to include managers, click Include managers as per org chart.

If you want to include CRM fields, click Include CRM fields. This option is only available when you select Current view with all the data behind it.

Click DOWNLOAD.

Data
Managers are listed with the following information:

Calls listened: Total number of team calls the manager listened to (including listen live).

Calls attended: Total number of team calls the manager participated in.

Calls with feedback: Total number of team calls the manager gave any type of feedback for. Multiple types of feedback on the same call is counted as 1.

Calls with comments: Total number of team calls with comments given by the manager (regardless of the feedback status of the call).

Calls with scorecards: Total number of team calls with scorecards filled out by the manager.

Marked as feedback: Total number of team calls that the manager has marked as feedback given.
Pro tip: Click the column headers to sort the data in the table.
Another pro tip! Hover over the numbers next to the manager name to see the number of direct reports and the total number of people rolling up to the manager.
Trends
See trends in the cells - green for an upward trend; and red for downward....with the difference from the last period shown.

Click a manager's name to open the side panel showing the numbers for how the manager coached their people.

Click any cell in the table to see which calls were included in the data.

From there, click GO TO CALL to listen to, review, and give feedback on a call.

Ensure a consistent coaching culture in your org by keeping a close eye on how managers are coaching directly in your email Inbox. The monthly email digests include a quick summary of how managers of quota-carrying reps have been coaching in the last month, and give an indication of coaching trends in the team.
Higher-level managers will automatically receive monthly email digests for their managers, but you can sign up for the digest for any team:

In the Coaching Metrics tab, click
> Manage subscriptions.
Once subscribed, you can also manage your digests in your notification settings.
Note that your org must have a CRM integration in order to receive the mail.
