Keep tabs on how you’re doing. Are you improving? Staying the same? Backsliding? Gong will let you know. From having a strong talk-to-listen ratio to talking about the right topics at the right time, you’ll know you’re on track when you check your stats.
You can see your stats for each call on the Calls page. To see your stats over a period of time, click Stats on the menu bar. Here you can also check out how your team members compare to you. If WhisperTM is enabled, you receive automatic coaching recommendations.
