Change settings for a team

Ensure that everyone in a team has the same settings, including Gong seats, data capture, consent and permissions.

Click your username and select Company settings > Team Members.
In the team members table, next to the relevant person, click , and select one of the following:
- Turn on data capture settings for... (person's team) to open the data capture dialog box with all data capture settings pre-selected.
- Change data capture settings for... (person's team) to open the data capture dialog box with the current settings.
Check the data capture settings you want to change and select whether to capture this data. For details of the different options, see Add or edit a team member:
- Web conferences recording settings
- Non-recorded meetings import settings
- Telephony system calls import settings
- Gong Connect settings: (free beta)
- Email import settings: Specify to import or never import emails sent/received by the individual/team.
Change the team’s permission profiles: If your organization has multiple workspaces, assign a home workspace, and a permission profile per workspace.
Check Apply to individual contributors to apply changes to team members who are not managers under the selected person's hierarchy.
Click APPLY.
